Romano’s Macaroni Grill

Imagine yourself enjoying a very nice dinnerMacaroni Grill Provo in a classy restaurant with very authentic taste and style. No, you’re not at Gloria’s Little Italy, but you will find this exact eating experience at Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Provo. This restaurant will give you the chance to experience a much more formal and elegant eating experience than other typical Italian restaurants in Provo.

I love the ambiance of Macaroni Grill. It is more dimly lit than normal restaurants, which adds to the upscale feel. The waiters and hosts/hostesses are very professionally dressed, and you know you are in for excellent service right when you are seated. I went to Macaroni Grill this past weekend, and was yet again pleasantly surprised by the authenticity. Our waitress brought us the bread right out of the oven, and my inner-European craving for oil and vinegar was satisfied.

Macaroni Grill ProvoOnto the main meal: I ordered the chicken marsala because of a friend’s recommendation, and it was even better than I could have imagined. The chicken was so tender, and the mushrooms and glaze were a perfect complement to the angel hair pasta to the side. Take note that I am a small eater–it is rare that I can finish my whole plate of food at a restaurant like that because of my size. But lo and behold, my plate was clean before any of my co-eaters’, and I was ready for dessert. We ordered the New York Style Cheesecake to split between the four of us, and I am grateful we did because that was just enough.

We really had a great experience at Romano’s Macaroni Grill. Grab a few mints on your way out (and maybe your box of food, if you were lucky enough to have leftovers), and plan on going again soon!
